October 15, 2013 .
Based on reports from Tech Power Up , AMD is expected to launch a Radeon graphics card R9 290X on October 15, 2013 . This was confirmed by ended NDA (Non - Disclosure Agreement ) for R9 Radeon 290X ended on 25 October 2013.
NDA itself is an agreement between the press with producers not to reveal details of products including benchmark results before a certain date . However, the expiration date of this NDA is not always the same as the date of its release to the market .
